Rent a Car
The Rent a Car service is limited to assisting customers in obtaining rental offers from approved car rental offices.
The service is provided through the company's approved rental partners. Customers may choose the vehicle type and category from the options available at the rental office, subject to availability. All rentals are subject to the rental office's terms and conditions, including age requirements, driver's license validity, insurance, security deposit, rental period, and any additional charges. The company does not act as the vehicle lessor and shall not be liable for the rented vehicle, service quality, final pricing, or any obligations or disputes arising between the customer and the rental office. The rental agreement is entered into directly between the customer and the car rental office. |

Open Claim File
By using this service, the customer authorizes the company to open and process an insurance claim with the insurance company on behalf of the insured vehicle.
This authorization includes following up on the vehicle repair process with the insurance company and the authorized repair workshop until completion. The company will provide the customer with periodic updates on the repair progress, including photos and videos whenever available. The company's role is limited to coordination and follow-up. It shall not be liable for any delays, claim decisions, repair defects, service failures, or any actions or omissions by the insurance company, repair workshop, or any third-party service provider. Claim approval, repair duration, and vehicle delivery are subject to the insurance company's and the authorized workshop's policies and procedures. By using this service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and authorizes the company to carry out the necessary claim-related procedures on their behalf. |

This service is provided for vehicles involved in an accident as part of the Open Claim File service.
By using this service, the customer authorizes the company to coordinate with approved service providers to tow or recover the vehicle and transport it to the location designated by the insurance company or the authorized repair workshop, in accordance with the claim process. The service is provided through the company's approved vendors and is subject to availability and coverage. The company shall not be liable for any delays, damages, losses, or service failures arising from the towing or recovery services provided by third-party vendors or from circumstances beyond the company's control. The service may be subject to the terms, conditions, and insurance coverage applicable to the customer's policy. |
